They say it’s good luck for it to rain on your wedding day. Now I’m not sure how many brides feel that way in the moment, but stories abound from different cultures around the world celebrating rain. From signifying that you will have children to the idea of renewal and starting your married life cleansed almost all versions of this superstition mean good luck.
Alyssa and Michael took it all in stride as Mother Nature forced a change of plans for their outdoor destination wedding. The team at The Brice did an amazing job as they moved the ceremony inside.
No matter the weather Alyssa and Michael celebrated their love and joy with friends and family as they danced the night away. We even managed to get a photo of the two of them out in the courtyard during a break in the rain.
