Barn Wedding at Red Gate Farms

A military wedding is always special, but having one on Memorial Day weekend was even more special. Lauren and Tyler couldn’t have asked for a better day as Mother Nature provided a little bit cooler weather.

After a beautiful ceremony under the old oak behind the barn, we walked around for photos. During their engagement session at Red Gate we were able to get some photos with the horses, so we had hopes for some more on their wedding day. While at first it looked like they were going to ignore us, two finally came over to say hello.

Claxton Wedding Photography

If you’re like me, the first thing you think of when someone mentions Claxton, is fruitcake. Personally I’m not a fan of the holiday treat. Well there’s a lot more to Claxton than rattlesnake festivals and Christmas treats.

Jenny and Justin were married at Grace Truth Church, right by the railroad track in downtown Claxton. Following the ceremony we all headed out into the county to a beautiful recreation area. The event space was surrounded by trees and overlooked the lake, where fish coule be seen feeding near the bank.

It was a beautiful, peaceful day filled with love and joy.

Sacred Heart and Vic's on the River Wedding

A wedding day doesn’t have to be jam packed in order to be the perfect celebration of your love. Tiana and Jim had a beautiful, low key Savannah wedding. After the ceremony at Sacred Heart Catholic Church a limo took us to a couple of quiet Savannah squares for photos on the way to the reception at Vic’s on the River.

Delicious food, a spectacular view, and the joy of being surrounded by family and friends combined to create a fun filled celebration.

Spring Wedding at the Mackey House

As Kailee and Jonathan were introduced the music changed to “You’re the One that I Want'' from Grease. They stopped and broke into the iconic dance moves from the movie. That was just one of the special moments Kailee and Jonathan shared during their beautiful Savannah wedding at The Mackey House.

From a romantic first look to the releasing of butterflies during the daddy daughter dance. Kailee and Jonathan had a spectacular wedding day to remember.

Savannah Oatland Island Wedding

Rain, rain, rain.. It seems like February has been filled with rainy gloomy days. The days leading up to Rachel and Jordan’s wedding were wet and dreary. Fortunately Mother Nature smiled down and blessed Rachel and Jordan with an amazingly beautiful day.

The sun blazed above Jordan’s grandfather’s home as his lovely bride made her way out. The emotion of the moment finally caught up to him as he saw her walking toward him. You could feel the love in the air as they read their heartfelt vows to one another.

After the ceremony and lots of beautiful photos around the property the newlyweds joined the reception and celebrated into the night. The festivities were capped off with fireworks and a sparkler exit.

Congratulations to Rachel and Jordan! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
