Barn Wedding at Red Gate Farms

A military wedding is always special, but having one on Memorial Day weekend was even more special. Lauren and Tyler couldn’t have asked for a better day as Mother Nature provided a little bit cooler weather.

After a beautiful ceremony under the old oak behind the barn, we walked around for photos. During their engagement session at Red Gate we were able to get some photos with the horses, so we had hopes for some more on their wedding day. While at first it looked like they were going to ignore us, two finally came over to say hello.

Savannah Red Gate Barn Wedding

Bailey and Fin were sunning in the grass at the end of the aisle. They both perked up as Leah stepped out from the barn. At the other end of the aisle Pete was awaiting his bride to be. Tears streamed down his cheek as their eyes met.

Planning a wedding can be tough, especially in a year like 2020. But in moments like this all of that just melts away and nothing else in the world matters.
