Fun Romantic Mackey House Wedding

What do you get when you mix a good looking couple with a bunch of soccer players, a few air traffic controllers, and guests from all over the map? One heck of a good time! Christina and Iko chose the Mackey House for their Savannah destination wedding. It was a great balance of romance and fun, that highlighted their love beautifully. Their friends and family lamented how the duo added balance to one another’s life and their wedding day was a great representation of that balance.

Christina and the ladies got ready at in downtown, while Iko and the guys got ready in the man cave at The Mackey House. The flower girl nearly stole the show as she zoomed down the aisle in a bubble blowing remote control car, but Christina and Iko nearly had everyone in tears as they read their heartfelt vows to one another. The party moved to the deck where DJ Cesar kept the dance floor jumping throughout the night.

Congratulations Christina and Iko! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your love story.

Winter Marshall House Wedding

A wedding day is about love. It’s the start of a new chapter in your love story and it  should be a day that reflects you. It doesn’t matter if you have 20 guests or 120, what matters is  that you take the time to celebrate with those you love. Candice and Ken chose to have their Savannah wedding at the Marshall House and 45 Bistro. We met a couple of hours before the ceremony for their first look. You could see the love and joy on their faces as their eyes met. We strolled around Oglethorpe Square capturing some beautiful photos before returning to the Marshall House. Ken’s cousin, David, officiated the sweet ceremony and then Candice and Ken were joined by their family and friends for a joyous celebration.

Congratulations Candice and Ken! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day.

Winter Savannah Station Wedding

From the moment when I first met Monique and Barry a few months ago for their engagement session I knew that their wedding was going to be spectacular. We started the at The Desoto, where they were both getting ready. Any nerves that they may have had melted away when their eyes met for their First Look. Being a destination wedding Forsyth Park was one of the scenic Savannah spots that was important to visit.

There are so many moving parts that make up a wedding day and occasionally the timeline for the day gets off before we even arrive. Even so we were able to make up the time while capturing lots of beautiful photos and making sure that Monique and Barry got photos in the locations that they wanted. They are such a laid back couple and were able to relax and enjoy their wedding day.

Rev. Joe Wadas officiated a sweet ceremony at Savannah Station. After dinner Dj James cranked up the music so Monique and Barry could celebrate with family and friends into the night.

Congratulations to Monique and Barry! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day.

Historic Trinity Church and Soho South Wedding

Just about every couple wants their wedding day to be one big celebration! They don’t just want the day to just be about them. They want their family and friends to have a joyous and memorable time celebrating along with them. That’s exactly how Christina and Scott approached their wedding day! They chose to have a First Look before the ceremony, so they could not only take advantage of some gorgeous afternoon sunlight, but so they could kick off the celebration in style. Following a beautiful ceremony inside historic Trinity Church they exited to the sounds of a Mariachi band and lead the procession of guests to Soho South Cafe for the reception. A bagpiper even made an appearance to help kick of the celebration. The joy of the day carried on late into the night.

Congratulations to Christina and Scott! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your celebration!
