Our first wedding post quarantine was the beautiful elopement of Kacee and Greg at Wormsloe. Photos by Rich Burkhart team member, Aundrea Pye, had the honor of documenting their day. So, I’ll let her tell you a little bit about it:
Kacee and Greg were one of the sweetest couples, a joy to spend time with, and as easy going as the lovely breeze we had all afternoon.
The setting for their wedding day was everything you could hope for - sunny, the perfect temperature, breezy, birds chirping, and this feeling of peace all around.
They were giddy as could be as they said their vows to one another. After they were officially married, we roamed around taking photos beneath the beautiful, iconic arches at Wormsloe.

Weddings are a celebration of love. Whether the celebration is big or small, your love is what’s most important. Right now there’s a big question about when we will be able to safely resume big gatherings, including weddings. I wish I had an answer, but unfortunately we just don’t know.
Elopements or intimate weddings are a great way to celebrate without all of the stress and expense of a big wedding. They allow you to focus on one another, plus you get to plan the day you want without worrying about guest lists and timelines.
Elopements allow you to focus on one another and celebrate in a way that fits who you are.
Congratulations to Kacee and Greg on their Savannah Elopement!
