Telfair Square is conveniently located on Barnard St., just one block over from Broughton Street, which puts it near several venues and hotels. Originally called St. James Square, it was renamed in honor of the Telfair family in 1883. The square offers an expansive green space, perfect for an outdoor ceremony or reception.

The Telfair Museum of Art and Jepson Center for the Arts are both located on the Square. The Jepson Center offers a unique, gorgeous space for a ceremony or reception. The Square is also home to Historic Trinity Church, which is the oldest Methodist congregation in Savannah. The historic Church’s sanctuary is bright and beautiful, which also makes it a great location for an indoor ceremony.
For more information on reserving Telfair Square check out the City of Savannah website.
