The Forsyth Park fountain is one of Savannah’s best known landmarks, which makes the park a favorite location for Savannah weddings. The fountain, which was built in 1858, has a gorgeous Oak lined walkway leading to it from Gaston Street. This popular location books quickly, especially on Saturdays. If you are planning a wedding where you would like to reserve this space you will need to book it one year in advance. I hear brides and wedding planners will be waiting for the office to open so they can get their booking in.

The park is a great location for a First Look, couples portraits, wedding party, and family photos. Plus just a short walk into the City offers a variety of beautiful backdrops. Forsyth Park is definitely a favorite place to start or end engagement sessions.
