Red Gate Farms Wedding

Planning a wedding is no small task! Planning your wedding from another country, with little cell phone or internet service can be nearly impossible. Fortunately Stephanie had her wonderful fiancé Louis, and good friends to support her throughout the process. Their day was absolutely amazing! The barn at Red Gate Farms was the perfect venue for their Savannah wedding! Every detail from the ladies’ boots to the table settings fit the theme perfectly.

Stephanie and Louis chose to have a first look before the ceremony and if they were experiencing any nervous moments they faded away as soon as their eyes met. As we walked the beautiful grounds around the barn they lightheartedly joked with one another. They were surrounded by family and friends as they exchanged vows under the canopy of a large Oak before dancing the night away inside the barn.

Congratulations to Stephanie and Louis! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your wedding day!

Tammara had always dreamed of a beach wedding. So when her friend and Maid of Honor Vanessa, began to help her plan the focus was on making that dream a reality. They made the perfect choice with Tybee Island! Tammara was able to have the beach ceremony that she always dreamed of as well as some beautiful photos at Forsyth Park, followed by a fabulous dinner at Vic’s on the River.

Congratulations Tammara and Jesse! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day!

Four Weddings in a Week Without Missing a Beat

One of the best parts of being my own boss is having the ability to take off and spend time with my son. Of course things like his daycare’s spring break often fall within our busy time. So how do we photograph three elopements and a full wedding all in the same week and get all of the editing done and photos delivered within just a few days? Oh and did I mention that I spent my days hanging out with my son doing fun things like fishing?  First of all I have a super amazing assistant that has worked with me for a couple of years and learned my editing style. Together we have streamlined our process so that we can edit, fine tune, and deliver all of the final photos in a fraction of the time many photographers offer. While some studios choose to outsource their editing, I feel that it’s an important part of our process for me to finalize every image myself before uploading the client gallery.

Having a wonderful assistant and an efficient process allowed me the freedom to take my silly and rambunctious boy to the beach for his first fishing trip. It also allowed us to deliver some gorgeous photos to every one of our clients within days of their big day, rather than weeks.
