Stacee & Kyle: Savannah Wedding Photography

blog-20

Stacee and Kyle met 6-years ago while working together and their love has blossomed ever since. They moved to Savannah for jobs and planned the picture perfect wedding day, including a ceremony at the National Museum of the Mighty 8th Air Force.  Not even a brief summer shower could dampen their day as they were whisked away to the reception in a 1959 Chevrolet Impala.

A Family Affair

NC-Visit-4

Vacations are great! They give you an opportunity to relax and recharge. Everyone needs to take a break every once in a while, even photographers. This past week my lovely wife and her parents joined me on an adventure to my native land of Eastern North Carolina. The main reason for the trip was to visit my family and get a little bit of sightseeing in along the way. Making time and arrangements to get together with everyone was stressful at times, but my wife and parents were good sports about it all and we were able to spend plenty of quality time together as a family.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any pictures of my hometown of Swansboro this visit, but we got to go to a couple of my favorite places- Fort Macon and Beaufort (that’s Bow-fort for those of you in SC).  All in all, it was a great visit and my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to each morning on the beach at Emerald Isle. After several hours in the car and four days together, my wife and my in-laws, we didn’t kill one another, so who knows we may try it again sometime!

Theresa & Steven: Savannah Wedding Photography

Blog-18

Theresa and Steven met when they were 15, and were “just friends” until 2006 when Steven decided he wanted more, and asked Theresa to be his girlfriend. They dated long distance until Theresa moved to Savannah to attend college with him at Armstrong Atlantic State University. Steven proposed in July of 2012. The couple selected Whitefield Chapel, on the grounds of Bethesda Academy as the perfect location to dedicate their love to one another.

Congratulations Theresa and Steven!
